Places in the world I would like to visit

Crescent Moon Lake is on that picture! It is located just 6 kilometers southwest of Dunhuang, beside the famous Echoing-Sand Mountain, Gobi Desert, in China.
I'm pretty scared at thought of travelling somewhere to desert, but maybe this place worth visiting? What do you think?
