A woman is not just someone who wears high heels, knows how to wear a make up and visits spas. A real woman is a person who cares about lots of different spheres of life, which include not only fashion, style, design, music, cinema, parties, celebrities and gossips. But also charity, animals, literature and arts, politics, family and friends, fitness and health, traveling, romance and sex and many many other aspects of our lives. Happy Saturday dear readers!

Why don't we discuss today the following statement:

What do you think this saying means? To my mind it may mean that if you are a real friend you may sometimes lie to a person for his sake instead of saying painful truth... Or something like that. But not sure... What do you think?

    I might interpret that saying as the wise friend is caring and empathetic enough to know when to bring drama and other such painful things into ones life and when to keep such things away. That's a really good question!

    I think you're right about the interpretation. I might also add that in addition, a wise friend knows when to reel us in and tell us the truth even when we don't "want" to hear it, thus saving us much pain in the long run...pretty much the flip side of the coin huh? And the wisdom to know which tactic to use. *winks* Vanna
